Terms of service:



Complete the reservation form, mail it back to us and book the rental using our on line reservation secured system.
You are responsible for the compliance of members of your party for these conditions, and for the payment of the full price of the rental.

1 -Payment conditions

The balance must be paid no later than eight weeks
prior departure. Failure to do so may constitute a
reason for cancellation and cancellation charges (see
paragraph 4).

Note: If the reservation is done only eight weeks before the departure then you will have to pay the full rental at that time of booking.


2 -Rental Price

The prices given are in US Dollars or Euros. The rental period is weekly from Saturday 4 PM to the next Saturday 10 am.

The property is rented fully furnished and equipped. .

3 -Security deposit

We require a security deposit of $1000 US or 800€ to cover the cost of any damages or breakages to the property or its contents. This amount will be returned to you within four weeks after your departure with a detailed cost for repairs or replacement, if any.

4 -Cancellation by your Party

The cancellation has to be in writing send to us by mail or email. The effective date will be the date we receive the information. If the cancellation happens less than eight weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded and a full payment for the rental will be due.

5 -Arrival and Departure

You need to be on site between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Saturday and the departure will be on Saturday at 10:00 AM. You need to leave the premises the way you found it. That is, the dishes should be cleaned, and the furniture’s, bedroom and all the equipment the way you found it when you arrived.

6 - Pets

No pets are allowed in the property. If we find out that you have pets in the property, we will be forced to cancel your stay with no refund.

7 -Responsibilities

You are responsible for all damage or loss incurred during your stay. At the end of your stay, the management will inspect the property and review the inventory of items which have been given to you when you arrived. Anything missing or broken will be charged to you.
No climbing on the roof for any reason. This is justification for asking you to leave the premise. If you are asked to leave, you will not get a refund.

8 -Complaints you may have

In the event you are not satisfied with the accommodations, the first thing to do is to contact us or the agency who will do the best to accommodate you, when the complain is within the responsibility of the Owner. However if you leave the property before the departure date, your complaint will be considered as null.

9 -Number of people allowed in the Property

Only people listed in the reservation form are allowed in the property. The maximum of people is 12 and unless otherwise allowed in writing by the owner, you are not entitled to bring more. However, day guests are welcomed.

10 - Access rights to the owner

The owner or his/her representative has the right to come at a reasonable time, to the property for inspection and maintenance purpose. The owner will make sure to call in advance to set up a time.

11 - Cleaning

The day of arrival, the property will be fully cleaned, all the bedrooms will be prepared with clean linens. We will change the linens once a week.
Your rental price includes also 4 hours of maid services during the week. Extra hours can be purchased , just make a request to the management
When you are leaving, you are supposed to clean the premises and leave the property the way it was at your arrival. However, the bedding can be left undone .You are not expected to change/clean bedding and towels upon departure.

12 - Owner’s liability and Agency liability

We are not responsible for the death or personal injuries of the people listed on the booking form or other visiting persons unless this result from the negligence of the Property Owner.

We also cannot be held responsible for breakdown of any mechanical equipment, nor for any public utilities such as electricity, telephone, and Internet.

13 -Linen

We provide linen at the propertie sincluded beach towels.


14 - Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is available from June to end of September. We have a cleaning service, once a week during this period. Although you can use the swimming pool during the low season, we do not assure a regular cleaning of the pool. However, the security system will stay on during spring, summer and fall. During winter the pool is closed to everybody.

15 - Social events

Wedding and special events can be organized on the property. You will have to request in writing and in detail the type of social event you intend to have. A cost will be allocated for this request and payable to the Property Owner. We will give you a special quote and the payment will have to be done before the event is set up.

16 - Security and valuables

The owner is not responsible for any theft, burglary which may occur during your stay. Do not bring any valuable items if you cannot secure their safety.
