Event Producer
This bi-annual international photography award hired me to create their candidate search events here in Arles, France. I created and executed their street marketing plan in 2019 and in 2021. The 2021 events stepped up from a single cocktail event in 2019, to a full scale gallery installation, at La Maison Close d’Arles, with daily cocktail events and street marketing over the span of 2 weeks. These events always take place in conjunction with “Les Rencontres d’Arles”, an internationally renowned photography event that takes place annually from July to September. I am looking forward to their 2024 event.
Stanford Jazz Festival
Festival Manager
This concert series is held in conjuction with the Stanford Jazz Workshop, whose programs offer the opportunity to study and play with some of the top jazz artists from all over the world. The concerts offer the students and the general public an array of jazz styles and performers to cultivate the appreciation for jazz for all ages.
Attendance: 12,000+
My Role: Advance all artist needs and manage the show production for 35+ concerts over 6 weeks.

Sonoma Wine Country Weekend
Pre-Production & Stage Management
This Food and Wine event is one of my favorite events. As if the breathtaking setting of the McMurray Ranch nestled into the vines isn’t enough, one can taste over 1,000 wines while sampling food from Sonoma County’s greatest Restaurants.
Attendance: 2,500
My Role: Advance all needs for the chefs, judges and sponors for the Gourmet Magazine Chef Demonstration/ Competition Stage.

Game Live Events is an event marketing firm niched in the promotion of video games and corporations that want to reach out to the 'gamer' demographic. My job was to build and run a brand called Game U, a promotional touring event, which visited over 70 Universities per year across 2 tours. We also managed several special events each year, including made for TV events and video game launch events during my 3 years there.
White Oak Productions
Senior Booking Agent and Event Producer
White Oak is a unique event production company centered around entertainment. While the core of the business is booking talent for any sort of event, they also run a full scale production operation for numerous corporate events, fundraisers, music festivals, mardi gras events and occasionally large scale weddings. I booked talent for 700+ events and produced over 130 events during my four years there.
